Visual Arts for Secondary Schools Second Edition by Hachette Learning

A Grateful Milestone

I’m incredibly honoured to share that my artwork Vibes has been featured in the Visual Arts for Secondary Schools Second Edition by Hachette Learning, authored by Allan Sieupresad and co-authored by Michelle Bright Chin-See and Gabriella D’Abreau.

This visual arts textbook, produced by a UK-based publishing house and distributed regionally, is designed to support students and teachers across the Caribbean and beyond. As a visual artist, this moment means so much — not just as a personal milestone, but as a reminder of the value of showing up consistently, working hard, and staying true to the journey.

I’m still learning every day — fine-tuning my craft, evolving, and doing my best to support the arts in whatever way I can. To now have my work included in an educational resource that will inspire young creatives in classrooms around the world is a deeply humbling experience.

Heartfelt thanks to the authors Allan Sieupresad, Michelle Bright Chin-See, and Gabriella D’Abreau for including my work in this important publication. And thank you to everyone who continues to support my journey — your encouragement means more than words can express.
